121WOW!是一个面向海外华人的关于新闻信息的社会网络社区。任何注册用户都可以向网站提交文章，然后让其他用户以挖掘(投票)的方式参与评论. 是不是好文章并不取决于编辑的好恶，而是一切由您手中的票决定, 被挖掘最多的文章就会被提交到首页。

我们所说的”文章”是指一切您觉得和海外华人相关的新闻,视频,游戏,图片,等等.

- 如何提交新文章?
提交新文章非常简单! 点击”提交新文章” 然后输入您想要提交的文章的URL. 接下来简单填写标题, 描述, 然后选择文章类别或输入标签, 点击提交. 如果出现文章重复的提示, 则表示您想要提交的文章已经被其他用户提交过, 请您提交一些其它和海外华人相关的文章, 或者搜索那则文章, 参与挖掘和评论!
- 文章怎样被提升到首页?
用户的文章提交后将会被实时发表在挖掘区。这是一个暂时的存放的地方。为了挖掘这里的文章并让大众感兴趣的文章最终被提交到首页, 请点击”挖掘推荐文章”链接, 然后对您认为有趣的文章进行挖掘(投票)。当一篇文章从用户那里获得了足够的票数，将被实时的、自动的提升到首页发表。如果一篇文章没有获得足够的票数，它将继续停留在挖掘区。为了保持121WOW!文章的质量,如果一则文章不是很精彩,并且长时间得不到挖掘或者被报告存在问题, 过一段时间后将会自动的从挖掘区淘汰.这样就完成了文章的筛选过程。
- 什么是酷指数？
酷指数最主要的目的是作为一个衡量手段，衡量用户对社区的贡献，贡献越大的用户就越重要，目前主要体现在提交文章和挖掘投票的总数上。将来贡献大的用户会有更多权限。
- 为什么要注册帐号？
只有注册用户才能提交稿件，进行投票，发表评论, 添加用户到您的朋友列表, 拥有您自己的121WOW! RSS Feed。用户的个人帐号里记录了某个用户所有挖掘过的，评论过的，以及提交的文章。将来会提供更多功能。
- 怎样举报滥用行为?
如果您觉得某条文章不适合放在这里，您可以向管理员举报，点击文章底部的“报告问题”即可。
- 我有一些意见怎么反映给你们？

We will not use any of your content for any purpose except to provide you with the Service.
- Representations and Warranties. - Advertisements. As consideration for using the Service, you agree and understand that 121wow.com may display ads and other information adjacent to and related to the content of the news articles. 121wow.com serves relevant ads using a completely automated process that enables 121wow.com to effectively target dynamically changing content.
- Account Inactivity. After a period of inactivity, 121wow.com reserves the right to disable or terminate a user's account. If an account has been deactivated for inactivity, the email address associated with that account may be given to another user without notice to you or such other party. - Termination; Cancellation. You may cancel your use of the Services and/or terminate this Agreement with or without cause at any time by providing notice to 121wow.com, however a terminated account may continue to exist for up to ten business days before such cancellation takes effect. 121wow.com may at any time and for any reason terminate the Services, terminate this Agreement, or suspend or terminate your account. In the event of termination, your account will be disabled and you may not be granted access to your account or any files or other content contained in your account although residual copies of information may remain in our system. 121wow.com will notify you via email of any such termination or cancellation, which shall be effective immediately upon 121wow.com's delivery of such notice.
- Indemnification. You agree to hold harmless and indemnify 121wow.com, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from and against any third party claim arising from or in any way related to your use of the Service, including any liability or expense arising from all claims, losses, damages (actual and consequential), suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys' fees, of every kind and nature. In such a case, 121wow.com will provide you with written notice of such claim, suit or action.
